Terms & Conditions

AeroSchool is a school management platform covering academics, attendance, examinations, fee management, payroll, compliance reporting and communication, made available through a web admin portal and dedicated mobile apps for teachers, parents and students.

• Schools subscribe to the Service and are responsible for creating and managing accounts for their administrators, staff, students and parents/guardians.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Student accounts are created and administered by the School or a parent/guardian on the student's behalf.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Access to AeroSchool is subscription-based, on terms agreed separately between Stratumfox and each School (including pricing, billing cycle and any storage or usage limits). Fees for optional paid features, such as SMS or WhatsApp notifications, are billed as described in the applicable order form or in-product pricing at the time of use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other Users' accounts, or the systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload or transmit data you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through reverse engineering, scraping, or introducing malicious code.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications unrelated to the operation of the School.

As between a School and Stratumfox, the School owns the data it and its Users input into the Service (including student, staff and fee records). Stratumfox processes that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination of a School's subscription, the School may request export of its data within the period specified in its order form or, absent such a term, within a reasonable period.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks (such as the AeroSchool name and logo) and underlying technology, is owned by Stratumfox or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Stratumfox's or AeroSchool's branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service integrates with third-party providers for payments (such as Razorpay and Cashfree), and for SMS, email and WhatsApp delivery. Use of these integrations may also be subject to the relevant third party's own terms, and Stratumfox is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our reasonable control. We may modify, add to or remove features of the Service from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratumfox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant School for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

A School may terminate its subscription in accordance with its order form or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are materially breached, if required by law, or if fees remain unpaid after notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State] — to be added.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where appropriate, communicated to Schools in advance.
